KEYS Program
Who is Eligible for KEYS?
KEYS is for Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) cash assistance and some food stamp recipients in Pennsylvania. TANF and food stamp recipients who wish to enroll or who are already enrolled in a PA community college may be eligible to participate in KEYS programs.
