Professional Nurse Reactivation Program-3 Components

For nurses who no longer hold an active PA registered nurse license. There are three required program components: 60 hours theory, 40 hours laboratory, and 80 hours hands-on acute care med-surg clinical experience with a clinical mentor. At program completion, the nurse must satisfactorily complete a standardized, comprehensive predictor exam to reactivate nursing license.

Professional Nurse Refresher Program-2 Components

For nurses who hold an active PA registered nurse license who wish to refresh nursing skills. There are two required program components: 60 hours theory and 40 hours laboratory.

Professional Nurse Refresher Program-3 Components

Same as Refresher with two components; and incorporates the 80 hours hands-on acute care med-surg clinical experience with a clinical mentor. This program is strongly suggested for nurses who have been out of nursing for more than five years.

PA Registered Nurses

These programs were developed to meet the PA State Board of Nursing requirement of 30 continuing education hours every two years. We offer a wide range of highly interactive courses taught by expert instructors, many of whom are nationally known authors. Our online courses, presented through ed2go.com, are affordable, fun, fast, convenient, and geared to your individual schedule. They are developed by ALLEGRA Learning Solutions, an accredited provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. ALLEGRA Learning Solutions courses are acceptable for CE contact hours in all 50 states.
