Pulitzer Prize-winning author of The Hours
The Humanities Division of Montgomery County Community College is pleased to host an Evening with Michael Cunningham, the Pulitzer Prize-winning author of The Hours, on Friday, November 14, 2008 as part of its Annual Writers Conference. The author of four novels, one work of non-fiction, and numerous short stories, Cunningham will speak about the life of a writer in addition to reading from selected works.
Saturday activities will include individual appointments with agents, an agents panel discussion, book signings, free resources, a hospitality center, and workshops on the legal and technical issues faced by all aspiring writers across the genres.
