The Faculty Diversity Fellowship program provides minority scholars in the early stages of their careers with the opportunity to develop their teaching skills at MCCC while they continue to work on or complete their terminal-level degrees. Faculty fellows receive mentoring from colleagues, and in return, they participate as mentors in MCCC’s Minority Student Mentoring Initiative.
