Meloney, Sallie-Dosunmu, a highly skilled facilitator and organization development consultant, has over 25 years of experience helping private, public sector, and not-for-profit organizations implement training and development initiatives that produce results. Clients rely on her ability to diagnose training needs, engage executives in development efforts, design and conduct training, and equip in-house staff to be effective trainers.
Meloney is passionate about delivering highly interactive learning experiences, based on experience centered learning, and brain friendly approaches. As an effective facilitator, both virtually, and online, she engages participants in action packed, fun, learning environments.
For over twenty-five years Alvina has studied what it takes to be successful in the workplace. She facilitates communication skills workshops and seminars for the University of Pennsylvania's School of Medicine, Subaru of America, Community College of Philadelphia, and Montgomery County Community College Workforce Development. Alvina's passion is facilitating interpersonal communication skills workshops and seminars for aspiring and mid-level leaders.
Alvina has a special affinity for women in leadership. In 2016 Alvina was selected to moderate a Women’s forum, titled: “Thinking Outside the Box: Overcoming Perception To Profit in Corporate America” hosted by the Rainbow P.U.S.H. Automotive Summit.

Lesley F. Katz is a 1987 graduate of Ursinus College with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics. Lesley went on to earn a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Accountancy from ASU West, and a Certificate in Financial Planning from Temple University. Lesley obtained her CPA license in Pennsylvania, and obtained the CGMA and PMP designations. Lesley has spent her career in both public accounting and industry leading teams responsible for the financial processes and reporting in both small businesses and multinational companies. Lesley’s industry experience includes positions at Macy*s, Unisys Corporation, Siemens Medical Solutions, and Asplundh Tree Expert Co.
Jennifer Brett, Executive MBA
Jennifer Brett has had 15 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry managing and developing successful sales teams to exceed corporate expectations and annual sales goals. She has a bachelor’s degree from Penn State in BioBehavioral Health and an Executive Master’s Degree in Business Administration from University of Delaware. Jennifer has held roles in the in the Pharmaceutical Industry as a National Account Manager (Sales), Regional Sales Manager- Northeast, National Sales Trainer, Specialty Sales Representative and as a Clinical Research Team Lead- Oncology.
Jennifer is trained in Situational Leadership, Managing4Results, Emotional Intelligence, GAPs analysis, Negotiation, Law of Ease, and Social Proof.
