Complete a Graduation Application
During your final semester at Montco, you must indicate your intention to graduate by completing the online Graduation Application form. Located within your Self-Service account, select Graduation Overview in Academics to complete the Graduation Application.
We strongly encourage you to meet with an academic advisor to review graduation requirements and eligibility. Additionally, you may view your program evaluation in Self-Service; select Student Planning in Academics to view My Progress.
Apply to graduate in the semester in which your graduation will take place.
- Summer 2021 (August) – deadline July 31, 2021
Diplomas/Certificates will be mailed by September 30, 2021
- Fall 2021 (December) – deadline November 30, 2021
Diplomas/Certificates will be mailed by January 31, 2022
- Spring 2022 (May) – deadline March 31, 2022
Diplomas/Certificates will be mailed by June 30, 2022
Students who submitted a graduation application and will complete all of their program requirements at the end of the spring 2022 semester will be invited to participate in the May 2022 Commencement ceremony.
If you have submitted a graduation application and are pending anticipated completion in summer 2022 (with only one remaining program requirement - a maximum of four credits), you will be reviewed for walk eligibility on May 1, 2022. If approved, you will receive a graduation notification email.
Degree conferral & diplomas
Graduation is only processed three times per year: December (fall graduates), May (spring graduates) and August (summer graduates). If you complete your program during the winter session, you will be included with spring graduates in May. Once your degree is conferred you will receive an email to your student account. When your diploma is mailed you will receive an email confirmation from email@example.com.
