The Minority Student Mentoring Initiative (MSMI) provides a sense of community among minority students enrolled at MCCC. MSMI assists students in developing the mental toughness, academic discipline and organizational skills necessary to succeed. 

MSMI is an open resource for minority students on campus. MSMI provides various forms of mentoring services to encourage students to do their best academically, personally and professionally. MSMI students benefit from:
