Pizza Party, the Real Deal

Pizza, the ultimate open faced sandwich! Our Chef Instructor will introduce you to the different styles from authentic Neapolitan, to standard American, New York thin and finally Chicago deep dish. In this 3-hour class, you will get hands on as you work with both standard and thin crust dough and an array of toppings and selection of house made sauces to create your own unique pizzas. No more deliveries once you master these doughs and see how fun and easy it is to create your own delicious pizzas!

If you want to learn about the world of wine and understand the fundamentals of wine making, tasting and selection, this class is for you! Culinary Arts Institute offers a 3-hour comprehensive wine education class for wine enthusiasts and hospitality industry professionals. The class will cover topics in the wine making process and explain the key concepts and terminology. Students will learn the proper techniques to taste and analyze wines. They will also acquire the ability to read and understand wine labels so they can select quality wines within their budgets. CAI wine classes are taught by Certified Sommeliers with years of experience in the world of wine.
