In the current climate of turbulent change, organizations need leaders who are prepared to manage change and lead their teams and organizations to success. The Master of Science in Organizational Leadership is designed to prepare current and future managers and leaders to be able to safely navigate change in turbulent times.
Through coursework including leading strategic change, managing risk in the global environment, managing a diverse and global workforce, innovation and technology, and negotiation and conflict resolution, our graduates are prepared to lead in an environment of dynamic change.
