College Bookstore Management Solutions

REVISED DEADLINES

A Request for Proposals for Bookstore Management Solutions, #01-010318-01RFP, has been issued by the Montgomery County Community College. All relevant files are accessible via Public Purchase at no expense. Proposals will be accepted as uploaded to Public Purchase prior to 10:00 A.M. Thursday, February 15, 2018. Proposals received after the stated due date and time shall not be considered.

Contractors are invited to submit proposals for one or more options for Bookstore Management Services at Montgomery County Community College:

  • On-Campus Full-Service Bookstore
  • Virtual Course Materials Store
  • On-Campus Spirit Store (Option for Virtual Course Materials Store proposals)
Site tour

A site tour will be held at each campus site on January 22, 2018 - Please contact or RSVP to Jenny Rarig at jrarig@mc3.edu for further details. All other questions and requests for information shall be submitted in writing through Public Purchase no later than 6 P.M. EST January 23, 2018.

After reviewing all inquiries, the College will issue an addendum to respond to items it deems necessary. Changes to this Request for Proposals will be made only by written addendum issued by the College’s Purchasing Department.

Proposals must include the designated forms in the Request for Proposal documents. Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the RFP documents, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

All proposals submitted are valid for acceptance by the College and may not be withdrawn for one hundred twenty (120) days after proposal opening. The College reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or any part thereof or items therein and to waive informalities and/or technicalities, as it deems best to protect its interest.
