Meet the Board

In collaboration with College faculty and staff, the Foundation Board of Directors work to:

  • Identify fundraising priorities that are aligned with the College's strategic plan
  • Solicit, invest and administer gifts of funds and property
  • Approve expenditures that benefit the College, students and faculty in accordance with the ByLaws, Mission Statement, and Gift Acceptance policies and procedures

Board members serve for three three-year terms.

The Board works alongside Foundation staff to ensure funds are invested and allocated wisely and in compliance with Foundation policies, the “Donor Bill of Rights” and State and Federal requirements. Each year the Foundation is subject to an annual audit by an independent public accountant to confirm that funds are spent properly and in accordance with donor instructions.
