The Culinary Arts Institute's (CAI) "Baking Summer Camp for Junior Chefs" is a great way for your child to have fun during their summer break while learning about baking and pastry arts from experienced CAI chef instructors. Enroll them in our one-week (Monday through Friday) summer camp to understand the foundations of baking and improve their skills in the kitchen while making delicious pies, cakes and cookies.

What should I pack for my child?

No items are required, however all campers should wear closed-toe shoes, long hair should be tied back, and no tank tops should be worn.

What time can I drop my child off? Do you have a late pickup policy?

Drop off is between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.

Arrangements should be made for children to be picked up between 4:00 p.m. and 4:30 p.m.

What is the camper-to-teacher ratio?

One teacher will be with a group of up to 18 campers.

What qualifications do your teacher possess?

Our camp leaders are professional chefs with years of culinary experience.
