Montco has partnered with BankMobile Disbursements to provide the Mustang Card for you to use as photo identification while on campus, check out library books, access to an Optional BankMobile Vibe Account provide easier access to refunds from your financial aid disbursements and more.

ID Services

All students registered in degree-seeking programs must obtain a Mustang Card for student identification purposes.

How to obtain an ID
  • Stop at Enrollment Services to have your photo taken.
  • Your Mustang Card will arrive at the address you've recorded with the College. Please be sure to verify your mailing address with Enrollment Services.
  • Online learners, if you are unable to visit campus, complete the Mustang ID Card Verification form (PDF).

Please allow up to two weeks for your card to be delivered to your mailing address.

No replacement fee will be charged for any active/inactive card reported lost or stolen.

Financial Aid Refund Disbursement

Students that have applied and maintain eligibility for financial aid will receive a refund for any credit balance after all tuition and fees have been paid by said financial aid for the current semester.

If you do not have a photo on file with the College and are a financial aid recipient, a card with no photo will be mailed to you during the refund period time frame so that they will have access to funds. Only students receiving a refund will be sent this type of ID.

In order to receive your financial aid refund, you must select a refund preference. Your choices include:

  • Electronic deposit to another account. Money is transferred to another account the same business day BankMobile receives funds from Montco. Typically, it takes 1 – 2 business days for the receiving bank to credit the money to your account.
  • Electronic deposit to a BankMobile Vibe Account. If you open a BankMobile Vibe account (upon identity verification), money is deposited the same business day BankMobile receives funds from Montco.

You can change your refund preference at any time.
