How to access payment information

Once your student has authorized access, you will receive email notifications from payment@mc3.edu containing a username and password.

Next steps

1. Login to the payment center with your new credentials
2. Under Authorized Users, sign in
3. Setup your Authorized User Profile Setup

From here you can:

• View activity
• Enroll in a payment plan
• Make a payment

How to access financial aid and grades

Once your student has authorized access, you will receive email notification from payment@mc3.edu containing a username and password. If you are new to Montgomery County Community College, a temporary password will be sent in another email. If you are a pre-existing user, the password associated with your account should be used. This username & password will allow access to Financial Aid and Grades via the Self Service.  

Next steps

1. Login to the Self-Service with your new credentials
2. Select your student's name to access their account

Important

Before you can use the new Person Proxy functionality, your student has to authorize your access to their financial aid or grade information.

Please note: student authorization is required for Proxy Access per the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA). If you are unable to access student information ask your student to set-up authorization.
