Strategic Employee Workforce Plan

Flexible Work Program 2022/2023 – options to work remotely
Administrative Calendar 2022/2023 – Four additional holidays were added to calendar (Wednesday prior to Thanksgiving, and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of Spring Break)
Parental Leave Benefit – Eligible employees will receive eight weeks of consecutive paid parental leave per birth, adoption or placement of child/children
Medical & Prescription Premium Holiday – January 1 to June 30, 2023 and January 1 to June 30, 2024 employees will not have to pay premiums
Maximum Vacation Rollover – Effective January 1, 2023 – The date for the maximum accrual rollover for vacation was moved from October 1 to January 1 for all regular, full-time administrators and public safety officers
2023 Summer Modified Work Schedule – Friday Summer Hours – Regular 12-month, full-time employees will not need to adjust daily work hours Monday through Thursdays to have off on Fridays
Effective July 1, 2023, the number of free counseling sessions provided by Carebridge, our employee assistance program, increased from six to ten sessions for employees and their dependents.
