Montco spring 2022 courses to begin remotely
This message was sent to students and employees.
Dear Montco Family,
Due to the recent surge of COVID cases, starting Wednesday, January 5, 2022, Montgomery
County Community College will operate remotely through February 1. College operations
will be re-evaluated the week of January 24 to determine our approach beyond February
1.
Students enrolled in on-campus classes for the spring semester will begin those classes
online as scheduled. Students currently enrolled in specialized programs will continue
as planned. Your Divisional Dean will communicate any necessary information or changes
with you. Student admissions, advising, registration and academic support services
will continue to be available remotely.
All employees will operate remotely with the exception of emergency personnel such
as Facilities and Public Safety who will continue to work on campus. If you have been
exposed to the virus or are experiencing symptoms, please follow the existing protocols
using covid19questions@mc3.edu.
As a Vaccine Champion College, we encourage everyone to get vaccinated and boosted.
MCCC will be holding walk-in vaccine clinics on Monday, January 24, from 10 a.m. to 2
p.m. in the Advanced Technology Center Atrium at the Blue Bell Campus and Wednesday,
January 26, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the North Hall Gallery at the Pottstown Campus. Resources
are also available at mc3.edu/covid.
We appreciate your patience as this situation continues to evolve.
Thank you,
Dr. Vicki Bastecki-Perez
President
