Closure of physical locations extended

This message was sent to students and employees.

Dear Montco Family,

I want to provide you with another update on the evolving 2019 Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. Yesterday, Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf announced all physical locations of educational institutions in the Commonwealth would remain closed through at least April 6. We will continue to deliver classes remotely for the duration of the spring semester.

We have been working diligently to ensure our students and faculty have the resources they need to be successful this semester. I sincerely appreciate the unwavering dedication of our faculty and staff as we continue to be flexible and stay focused on our students and their needs.

For our students, the student services team members are here to assist you—please reach out through email, phone, and chat with any questions. Online services remain available.

For our employees, with this extension there may be some questions—Vice Presidents will be updating you on approaches as the closure extends.

As always, I remain exceedingly proud of the Montco Family and will continue to stay connected.

Be Well,

Dr. Victoria L. Bastecki-Perez
Interim President and Provost
