Customer Service for Technicians (APIMM 0106)

Students will review the importance of communication skills with co-workers and external customers. Basic customer service skills, types of communication, including nonverbal, active listening, phone calls, voicemail messages, and two-way radio communications. Technical writing will be reviewed including completing brief reports and workplace presentations.
