The ServSafe® One-Day course is a condensed version of the Initial Certification class. Students are expected to complete eight hours of self-study inadvance of eight hours in the classroom. Students will take the same exam as the ServSafe® Initial Certification class. Spanish classes are available.

Prior to the class meeting, participants are expected to read the entire textbook, complete all true/false questions in the beginning of each chapter, and complete all multiple choice questions in each chapter. Please allow for at least two weeks to prepare for your registered class. Textbooks can be purchased and picked up through the bookstore at Montgomery County Community College.
