Trigger Point Therapy (BICEC 1152)

This class will introduce students to the work of Dr. Janet Travell and Dr. David Simons. Students will explore the physiology of a trigger point, scientific evidence, trigger point types, the concept of referred pain and dermatomes, reading trigger point charts, and isolating and deactivating trigger points.
