Students will review the protocols and procedures for performing CPR to adult/child and infant victims with the use of an AED. Students will also review protocols for choking victims, conscious and unconscious. Students who successfully complete the course will receive certification in Adult/Child & Infant CPR/AED from the American Heart Association. The course may be offered at various levels either at the Healthcare professional (BLS) level or Heartsaver level. Additionally, the course may run in a face-to-face or hybrid format.
