Summer Grilling (LLGI 3662)

Turn up the heat this summer and take your cookout to the next level! Join us for a hands-on experience grilling meats and veggies over an open flame. Our chef-instructors will lead you in preparing sauces, marinades, and seasoning blends to maximize flavor. We'll go in-depth on timing and temperature control for perfectly grilled meals.

Culinary enthusiast workshops are hosted in the Hospitality Institute at the Montgomery County Community College Blue Bell campus. Workshops are 3-hours in length, unless otherwise noted on the workshop schedule. During the workshop, our Chef Instructors will provide step-by-step instructions on a variety of culinary techniques and equipment. Students will create a final product they can enjoy.Classes are limited to a maximum of 18 guests to 1 Chef Instructor. All guests attending Culinary enthusiast workshops need to wear loose fitting comfortable clothing, along with closed toed shoes with a non-slip sole. Any guest who has long hair, please make sure your hair is pulled back. Aprons, supplies, and tools will be provided.
