Notary Public (LLSI 0705)

This is a workforce development course designed to acquaint individuals who are considering becoming a Notary Public with this specialized certification to enable them to make an informed judgment on whether to pursue this career opportunity. In addition, completing this 3-hour course qualifies as one of the required elements to making an initial application to become a Notary Public in Pennsylvania. And the course also serves as the Continuing Education requirement for current Notaries who are applying for reappointment. The course has been reviewed and updated for the changes to the RULONA legislation which take effect on 3.28.2026.
