This is a workforce development course designed to acquaint individuals who are considering becoming a Notary Public with this specialized certification to enable them to make an informed judgment on whether to pursue this career opportunity. In addition, completing this 3-hour course qualifies as one of the required elements to making an initial application to become a Notary Public in Pennsylvania. And the course also serves as the Continuing Education requirement for current Notaries who are applying for reappointment.
