Diffused Reality

This exhibition reflects Marcolina’s 35-year journey in digital image creation, from commercial and fine art photography to mixed reality images. By blending AI with traditional digital techniques he reimagines photography, resulting in distinctive and thought-provoking visual juxtapositions. Visitors engage with the images through their phones to unlock additional layers of story, animation, and mystery. Marcolina will also delve into his insights and interactions with AI during an artist talk in the Montco Cultural Center Theater on Oct. 9. (See below for ticket information.)

A Man Named Cash

A MAN NAMED CASH is the premier tribute to the music and lives of Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash. The show takes the audience on an exciting musical journey through the music and legacy of Johnny Cash, spanning nearly 50 years of music, from his earliest days at Sun Recording in the 1950s through his musical rebirth with American Recordings in the 2000s. The show headlines vocalist/musician Eric Hofmanis who, after a nationwide audition process, was chosen by The Johnny Cash Estate and John Carter Cash (Johnny Cash's son) to be lead vocalist for the multimedia, 7-month concert tour Johnny Cash The Official Concert Experience that spanned over 100 cities and major concert venues across North America. With his astonishingly deep voice and even deeper embodiment of Cash’s character, Eric performs classics as varied as the 1956 Billboard number-one hit, I Walk The Line, and the 2004 Grammy-Award-winning, Hurt. Eric is joined by Megan Houde (as June Carter) whose natural presence alone adds an essential brightness to Cash's character. Their stage chemistry (much like the real Cash and Carter) is undeniable, at times unpredictable and genuinely charming and up lifting. Megan exudes the perfect embodiment of the hope, joy, and love that is often missing in our world, as frequently evoked by Cash in his music.
