Keynote Speaker

Eileen Behr

Eileen Behr is the Vice President of Public Safety for Drexel University. Behr was a member of the Whitemarsh Township Police Department for 34 years, rising through the ranks, retiring as Chief of Police. She served as Montgomery County Sheriff prior to leading the Department of Public Safety at Drexel University. Behr holds an associate's degree from Montgomery County Community College and a bachelor's degree from LaSalle University. She has a paralegal certification from Mainline Paralegal Institute. Behr has numerous awards and certifications and serves the community on various task forces, boards and committees.
