Come and learn more about Montgomery County Community College and what we offer during our three open houses in April. Student attendees will be eligible for a raffle to win a $500 book scholarship.
The Culinary Arts Institute of Montgomery County Community College in Lansdale, Pa. will host an open house on Saturday, April 14, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The Culinary Arts Institute is located at 1400 Forty Foot Road.
The West Campus in Pottstown, Pa. will host an open house on Saturday, April 21, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The West Campus is located at 101 College Drive.
The Central Campus in Blue Bell, Pa. will host an open house on Saturday, April 28, from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. The Central Campus is located at 340 DeKalb Pike.
Both the Central and West Campus open houses will provide information about the College’s associate degree and certificate programs, admissions process, financial aid and scholarships, student success programs, academic support, transfer opportunities, the University Center, and student organizations and clubs. You will have the opportunity to tour the campuses and meet with our faculty and staff.
At The Culinary Arts Institute’s (CAI) open house, you will see students in action as they compete in the Clemens Food Group Mystery Basket Cook-Off contest using Hatfield® pork. Students will submit their unique recipes using Hatfield® pork by March 30 for the competition. Clemens Food Group will select the top four students to face off in the Mystery Basket Cook-Off. The top two finalists will compete for a grand prize of $1,000 and runner-up prize of $500.

While the cooking contest is in progress, you will have the opportunity to tour the kitchens and classrooms and learn about our Culinary Arts, Baking and Pastry Arts and Hospitality programs, as well as Culinary Enthusiast classes and other non-credit offerings. Representatives will be on hand to answer questions about the admissions process, financial aid, scholarships and the transfer partnership with Johnson & Wales University, among other topics.
