Montco to host SQL Saturday

In collaboration with the professional database group, Philadelphia SQL Server Users Group, Montgomery County Community College will host SQL Saturday on May 4, from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. at its Central Campus in Blue Bell.

SQL Saturday is a free training event for Microsoft Data Platform enthusiasts and anyone who wants to learn about SQL Server, Business Intelligence and Analytics.  Seating is limited. Registration is free and includes a free PASS membership. The catered lunch costs $15, but you can bring your own.

In addition, four preconference sessions will be held on Friday, May 3, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Montco. Prices start at $129 for each all-day session. The sessions are “Black Belt for DBAs with Advanced Technologies” by Alex Grinberg, “An Introduction to Data Science with Python for Data Professionals” by Chris Hyde, “Murder They Wrote!” by Jason Brimhall and Wayne Sheffield and “Power BI In a Day Hands-On by Ravi Kumar.  Information about the preconference sessions is available online (under the sessions tab).

The Philadelphia SQL Server User Group is a community of SQL Server database professionals, specializing in DBA, Database Development, and Business Intelligence topics. PSSUG meets monthly in different locations throughout the Greater Philadelphia and South Jersey area. PSSUG is an Official PASS Chapter and a 501(c)(3) (not for profit) organization.
