Michele Brooker-Lee, Frank Imperial, Manish Ingle and Michael Yetter have been named the newest members of the Montgomery County Community College Foundation Board of Directors.

The Montgomery County Community College (MCCC) Foundation is pleased to announce it has added four new members to its Board of Directors.

Michele Brooker-Lee, Frank Imperial Jr., Manish Ingle and Michael Yetter have volunteered, been nominated and voted to the Board to offer strategic development of the Foundation, facilitate and assist in fundraising efforts and govern on issues related to the policies and procedures of the Foundation.

The Montgomery County Community College Foundation is an approved non-profit 501c3 organization that benefits Montgomery County Community College and its students through private philanthropy from individuals, groups, organizations, corporations, foundations, and more.

The Foundation functions through the efforts of the Foundation team and the Foundation Board of Directors. The Foundation team is composed of College employees dedicated to the day-to-day operations of the Foundation, building relationships with philanthropic constituents, and aligning the resources of the Foundation with the needs of the College.

Michele Brooker-Lee

After more than 28 years in the senior living industry working as a Director of Dining Services, the pandemic caused Brooker-Lee to pivot her career and put her skills, passion and dedication to care for the senior population to support the younger population.

Currently, she works for the Wissahickon School District as a Special Education Classroom Assistant and Registered Behavioral Technician. She’s also a partner in the Lowe Investment Group, which owns and operates the Mahoney Event Center in Ambler.

An alumna of the College, Brooker-Lee said she was looking for ways to volunteer her time to a worthy cause and was proud to give back to MCCC.

“I join the foundation to support the College’s growth in education” she said.

She lives in Blue Bell with her husband, Kareem J. Lee, and their two children.

Frank Imperial Jr.

Frank Imperial Jr. has worked as an accountant and financial planner for more than 16 years and is a partner at both Clairmont, Paciello & Co. P.C. and CPC Financial Planning Inc., located in King of Prussia. He lives in Royersford.

When he was first approached about becoming a new member of the Board, he said he decided he wanted to join because he believed it was a great opportunity to get involved in the community and support a worthwhile organization.  His sister is an alumna of the College, and he wanted to support its mission.

“I felt it was a good cause,” he said. “Education is more about what you put into it, rather than where you go.”

Manish Ingle

Manish Ingle was born and raised in the city of Mumbai, India, and immigrated to the United States in 1997. He is CEO of the Colmar-based Novaprobe Inc., a medical device manufacturing company. He also works as a business transformation consultant.

He’s lived in North Wales for the last 25 years and is married to his wife Nayana M. Ingle (Patil). They have two children.

Ingle said he chose to serve on the Foundation Board because of the work the College does to serve the community.

“Montgomery County Community College has done a lot of good things for the community,” he said. “By joining the Foundation Board, I would like to explore new ideas and help support the strategic roadmap of the college.”

In addition to his work for the Foundation Board and his career, Ingle is the president of the International Festival Foundation in Lansdale that celebrates the largest diversity festival in Pennsylvania, held annually at North Penn High School.

He was recently appointed and commissioned by Pennsylvania Gov. Josh Shapiro as a member of the Pennsylvania Advisory Council for Inclusive Procurement to advise the Governor's Office and agencies on ways to improve contracting opportunities in this Commonwealth.

Michael Yetter

Michael Yetter has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 20 years and is the current vice president of Health Plan Systems for Jefferson Health. He lives in Lansdale with his wife and their five children. He chose to support the College for many reasons.

“I strongly believe in the value of education. MCCC is a tremendous and affordable resource for local students making the transition from a high school program to a four-year college or a career program like dental hygiene, culinary arts, or hospitality” he said. “The College offers a lot of value and is a great option for students and for adult learners looking to further their education. The Foundation makes those programs even more accessible.”

As a member of the Foundation Board, Yetter said he is committed to helping students with their financial needs and ensuring the College continues to provide state-of-the-art facilities that keep pace with the times.

“That takes capital and that’s where I’d like to spend my time and effort working with the College,” he said.

The new appointees join Chair Joseph W. Gallagher, Vice Chair Richard D. Cottom, Treasurer/Secretary Andrew James, and Board members Kenneth D. Baker, Tanya Bamford, MCCC President Dr. Victoria L. Bastecki-Perez, Paul Buttacavoli, Richard Buttacavoli, Jaisri Chety, Jimmy Chong, Bill England MCCC Board of Trustees Chair Varsovia Fernandez, Darrell W. Gunter, John Han, John A. Koury, Jr., Giovan Lane, Linda LaVay, Trustee Donald Lyons, Christopher McDermott, Michael Moore, Brian Nelson, Allison Risko, James Sanders, Adam Schupack and Bill Vitiello.
