Dance Performance Ensemble III (DAN 157)

This course introduces students to the process of preparing for and presenting a dance concert. Each student will choreograph a solo and perform at least two dances for public performance. Students will be introduced to the basics of dance production including costume selection, concepts of lighting design, use of sets and props, publicity, and stage makeup for dance. Students will be required to participate in rehearsals and performances outside of class time. This course is subject to a course fee.

The following courses must be taken prior to this course
DAN 156 - Dance Performance Ensemble with a minimum grade of C
