Earning a college degree doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive, especially when you start at Montgomery County Community College (MCCC). This fall, prospective students and their families are invited to discover the many opportunities available during MCCC’s upcoming Open House events.
The Pottstown Campus Open House will take place on Saturday, Oct. 11, from 10 to 11:30 a.m., beginning
in the South Hall Student Commons, located at 101 College Drive, Pottstown.
The Blue Bell Campus Open House will be held on Saturday, Oct. 25, from 10 a.m. to noon, starting in College Hall, 340 DeKalb Pike, Blue Bell.
“We welcome all community members to discover the high-quality, affordable educational opportunities at Montco,” said Katherine Browna, MCCC Associate Director of Admissions and Recruitment. “Our Open Houses offer a chance to explore our state-of-the-art facilities and connect with the dedicated faculty, staff, and administrators who make the Montco experience unique. Whether you’re pursuing a degree or certificate, exploring personal or professional interests as a guest student, or earning college credit through Dual Enrollment while in high school, there’s a path for you at Montco.”
At both events, attendees will have the opportunity to:
- Explore MCCC’s beautiful campuses
- Meet in-person with faculty, staff and advisors
- Learn about MCCC’s 100-plus programs of study
In addition, information will be available on a wide range of topics, including:
- Campus Life: Hear about MCCC’s athletic programs, arts events, student clubs and organizations, honor societies and more.
- Financial aid: Receive guidance on filing the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), and learn about available grants and scholarships, work study programs and loans.
