The Culinary Summer Camp for Junior Chefs is a hands-on culinary experience that covers numerous ingredients and techniques from local and global cuisines with a focus on clean, healthy eating. Campers will make delicious dishes from around the world including healthy snacks, delightful appetizers, entrees and desserts. Cost: $599 (includes lunch, snacks and beverages)
This camp is subject to the same COVID-19 protocols at the College itself, which closely adheres to county and national guidelines. We anticipate continued social distancing for the 2022 camp, but parents/guardians should check the College protocols for the most up to date guidance for campus activities.

What should I pack for my child?
No items are required, however all campers should wear closed-toe shoes, long hair should be tied back, and no tank tops should be worn.
Lunch, snacks and water are provided daily.
What time can I drop my child off? Do you have a late pickup policy?
Parents and guardians can drop the Jr. Chefs off to CAI between 8:30 and 8:55 a.m. Activities start promptly at 9 a.m.
Jr. Chefs can be picked up between 4 and 4:30 p.m. Monday thru Thursday and between 1 and 1:30 p.m. on Friday.
