The Hospitality Institute on the Blue Bell campus is hosting a wide range of culinary and baking weekly camps this summer. From international cooking to creating a four-course meal, your junior chef is sure to enjoy any week you choose! Your junior chef will learn basic cooking/baking skills and work towards some advanced techniques throughout the week. They will learn and explore in a comfortable atmosphere, coming out with so much confidence in the kitchen!

This camp is subject to the same COVID-19 protocols at the College itself, which closely adheres to county and national guidelines. No, campers will remain inside of the facility.

No, there are no field trips planned for this camp.

What should I pack for my child?

No items are required, however all campers should wear closed-toe shoes, long hair should be tied back, and no tank tops should be worn.

Lunch, snacks and water are provided daily.

What is the camper-to-teacher ratio?

One teacher will be with a group of up to 14 campers.

What qualifications do your teacher possess?

Our camp leaders are professional chefs with years of culinary experience.
