Current Bids

The Montgomery County Community College will receive sealed bids for Bid #10 MCCC Building Automation System Upgrade -Blue Bell and Pottstown Campuses. Bids shall be submitted via PennBid, pennbid.net by 4:00 p.m. EDT on May 12, 2026. 
There will be two mandatory pre-bid meetings. The first meeting will be held on April 29, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. EDT in ATC 314 at Montgomery County Community College, Blue Bell Campus, 340 DeKalb Pike, Blue Bell, PA. The second meeting will take place on April 30, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. EDT at the Pottstown Campus. Note: Attendance at the April 30th meeting will be limited to bidders who are registered attendees of the April 29th meeting at the Blue Bell Campus. Failure to attend the mandatory walkthrough may be grounds for rejection of a bid.

Bids must be submitted on forms included in the bidding documents and must be accompanied by Bid Bond, Subcontractor Disclosure, Non-Collusion Affidavit, and Owner’s Certification of Responsible Contractor Status Form in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.

Bids shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the bidding documents, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. 

This Project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Law, approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442), as amended, and reference is made to the prevailing minimum wage rates applicable to this Project which have been promulgated by the Secretary of Labor and Industry. 

All proposals submitted are valid for acceptance by the Owner and may not be withdrawn for a period of at least sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof unless the award of contract is delayed by the required approvals of another governmental agency, sale of bonds or award of grant or grants, in which case, proposals shall be irrevocable for one hundred twenty (120) days in accordance with Section 3911 of the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Procurement Code, 62 Pa.C.S. § 3911.

Notice is hereby given that the Montgomery County Community College will accept sealed proposals online for the Montco Cultural Center Theater Roof Replacement Project (Bid #9 – FY25/26). Bids will be accepted until 12 p.m. EDT, April 21, 2026, via PennBid (pennbid.net). Questions must be submitted via PennBid by 5:00 p.m. EDT on April 14, 2026. Plans and specifications are available online at no charge via PennBid.

The project includes the replacement of approximately 13,000 square feet of roofing at Montco Cultural Center Theater on the campus of the Montgomery County Community College. The existing standing seam metal roof is to be removed to the deck with a new insulated standing seam metal roof system to be installed. A new sheet metal work shall be installed, and the existing roof drains are to be removed and replaced.  A 1,700 square foot screen wall is to be painted and 250 square feet of TPO roofing is to be installed on small low slope area.

A mandatory bidder’s Pre-bid Conference and tour of the work area will take place on April 10th, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EDT at the atrium of the Science Center building, located at 340 Dekalb Pike, Blue Bell, PA 19422. Failure to attend walk-through may be reason for Owner to reject bid.

The College reserves the right to waive any informalities or to refuse any or all of the bids. This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Law.

Bid responses must be accompanied with Bid Security in the amount of 10% of the bid, and the following forms in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders: Non-Collusion Affidavit, Owner’s Certification of Responsible Contractor Status form and resume and references. Owner exercises their right for in-person interviews upon review of resume and references prior to awarding Bids.

After the Bid opening, Bids may be withdrawn only by complying with the “Modifications and Withdrawal” article of the Instructions to Bidders.

Montgomery County Community College will receive proposals for Hyperconverged Infrastructure Solution for Montgomery County Community College, RFP# 4 FY25/26.

Proposal Documents, including specifications, will be available to interested Proposers beginning March 22, 2026, through PennBid (https://pennbid.net/). Registration is free. A Pre-Proposal conference will be held on March 26, 2026, at 12 p.m. EST. Further details are available on PennBid. Questions must be submitted via PennBid by 12 p.m. EDT by April 1, 2026.

Proposals must be uploaded to PennBid, by 6:00 p.m. EDT on April 13, 2026.

Proposals must include the designated forms in the Request for Proposal documents. Proposals shall conform to all other requirements as more fully set forth in the proposal documents, including compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
