If you need to schedule an exam at the Testing Center, your instructor will submit a request for proctoring services. Once this request is submitted, the Testing Center will send instructions to your College email account on how to schedule the exam through My Success Network.

Schedule your appointment at least two business days in advance. This will allow our team to prepare any materials needed for your exam prior to your arrival. We will make every effort to accommodate your requested appointment time; however, in some cases, your instructor may set strict requirements. Details will be communicated to you within the instructions.

Once your appointment has been scheduled, you will receive a confirmation email.

To request Testing Center support with your proctored exam, submit a request for services.

Attach a copy of your exam as part of the submission process, and we will print for you. Please submit your request at least seven days prior to the exam date.

Other Institutions

To request Testing Center support, provide the following information:

  • Proctoring agreement, if necessary.
  • Proctoring instructions for the test/exam including testing dates, length of exam and materials permitted.

If the exam is computer-based, it must be taken using one of our computers. If a specific software program is required, which is already included on our computers, we hope to be able to provide proctoring services. If a program is required which is not included on our computers, we may not be able to provide proctoring services. For computer-based exams, testing staff will enter the testing room to enter a password only—Students must know how to navigate to the online test and must be aware of exactly what needs to be done to complete it.

If the exam is paper-pencil, we would prefer the test be forwarded via U.S. Postal Service or a courier service of the school’s choosing. Any fees associated with the return of the exam are at the expense of either the school or the testing candidate.
  • Phone number for the institution’s Customer Support or Help Desk where a representative can be reached during testing hours in case any problems arise before, during or after testing.
  • Instructions for submitting completed tests/exams. Please note tests will not be faxed.
  • All test materials must be received before an appointment can be scheduled by the student.
  • The Testing Center will hold completed tests or copies of tests for a maximum of 30 days unless instructed otherwise.
