Once you are a Montco Student you can begin the process of requesting accommodations. Please see the instructions below to get started!

Students NOT registered with Disability Services: Once you are registered for classes, you can begin the process to register with Disability Services. Please see the tabs located below for instructions on how to register, or view the helpful video for step-by-step guidance.

Dual Enrollment Student

  1. Complete the Disability Services Intake survey. This survey can be found in Starfish. You will be able to upload your documentation via Secure Transfer on the survey form. Please note: If a guidance counselor is assisting with this process for multiple students, please do not send in bulk.
  2. Schedule an intake appointment via the Starfish platform. Available appointments will be viewable via the Starfish calendar.
  3. Meet with Coordinator of Accommodations and Accessibility Services to review Letter of Accommodation (LOA)

Montco Student not previously registered with Disability Services

  1. Complete the Disability Services Intake survey. This survey can be found in Starfish under Student Surveys, if you are not sure how to access this form, check out the How to Register video.
  2. You will be able to upload your documentation via Secure Transfer on the survey form.
  3. Schedule an intake appointment via the Starfish platform. Available appointments will be viewable via the Starfish calendar.
  4. Meet with Coordinator of Accommodations and Accessibility Services to review documentation and discuss eligibility of reasonable accommodations.

Returning Montco Student who needs to renew and/or update their Letter of Accommodation

Complete Renewing Letter of Accommodation (LOA) Survey (no new documentation is needed)

Schedule a check-in, if needed

Non-Degree Seeking/Guest Students

  1. Complete the Disability Services Intake survey. This survey can be found in Starfish. You will be able to upload your most recent Letter of Accommodation from your other institution via Secure Transfer.
  2. Schedule an intake appointment via the Starfish platform. Available appointments will be viewable via the Starfish calendar.

Letter of Accommodations should be sent to students one week post intake interview. Please understand that there may be instances when this extends longer than one week.
