Montco spring 2021 course schedule update

This message was sent to students and employees.

Dear Montco Family,

The College has determined that most of our spring 2021 courses will continue to be delivered online – this is for all course instances regardless of duration (15-week, first 7-week, and second 7-week). All academic support services will continue to be provided remotely.

Similar to fall, we will offer synchronous (real-time), asynchronous (self-paced) and a limited number of courses in a hybrid format (blend of online and on campus laboratories). The modality of each section will be clearly earmarked in the course schedule. Self-Service will be updated regularly to reflect the latest course offerings.

Please know this was a difficult decision for spring as we would prefer to be in-person together again. However, safety is our top concern, including the need to monitor for any potential COVID-19 resurgence. We want to be transparent with the College community and let you know as early as possible because we know you are balancing many aspects of life in these unprecedented times.
