Culinary Enthusiast Community Education workshops provide low-cost, flexible ways
to learn new skills or explore culinary, baking and pastry arts delights from pasta,
to charcuterie, to cupcakes and cannoli! Impress your family and friends with knife
skills and knowledge of culinary terminology and techniques. Work individually, with
friends
and family, or make it a date night. Join our Chef experts in a professional lab with
state-of-the-art equipment and experience all Montco Hospitality Institute has to
offer.
***Hospitality Institute recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients,
that may or may not be specified in the titles including various fruits and vegetables,
nuts, meat, spices, wheat, flours, etc. If you have a dietary restriction, please

Classes are offered days, evenings, and weekends in the Hospitality Institute at the
Blue Bell campus.

- Follow the walkway lined with blue Hospitality Institute flags toward the front entrance of the HospitalityInstitute (black building with red trim). The entrance is located between the Hospitality Institute and ParkhouseHall.
- Campus Map: The Hospitality Institute is Building 6 on the map.
- Once you arrive, please wave the access pad to your left (it will be marked) to enter the building.
- Accessible parking is available behind Parkhouse Hall (Building 2 on the map above) across from the Hospitality Institute.
