Retention Rates(PDF) - This information provides the fall-to-spring retention as well as the fall-to-fall
retention of first time students at the College during a defined year.
Graduation Rates(PDF) - (Student Right-to-Know Act) The College will provide the rate of graduation of first-time and full-time students
that start at the College at a defined fall semester and how many of those graduate
within three years.
Transfer-Out Rates(PDF) - (Student Right-to-Know Act) The College will provide the rate of graduation of first-time and full-time students
that start at the College at a defined fall semester and how many of those do not
graduate but transfer within three years.
Job Placement Rates for Graduates(PDF) The College provides a self-reported rate of employment of graduates (full-time and
part-time) and if those graduates are employed in a career related to their program.
IPEDS database / College Scorecard This federal Department of Education provides websites allowing students to view information
that colleges are required to report, and compare colleges on factors such as size,
student body characteristics, academic programs, tuition and other costs, athletics,
and other factors.
Student Engagement The College participates in the Community College Survey of Student Engagement (CCSSE)
on a biennial basis during the spring semester of even years. This assessment is a
national survey focuses on students’ experiences with five key benchmark areas which
are Active and Collaborative Learning, Student Effort, Academic Challenge, Student-Faculty
Interaction, and Support for Learners.
Student Learning Outcomes The College posts the Student Learning Outcomes for each academic program on the individual
program pages which also include sample programs of study for both full-time and part-time
students. To access the individual program pages, click on the Student Learning Outcomes

webpage.
Student Satisfaction The College utilizes Encoura’s Ruffalo Noel Levitz Student Satisfaction Inventory
(SSI) on a biennial basis to assess student satisfaction with their experience at
the College. This survey is administered during the spring semester of odd years and
results are used to guide departmental and strategic planning.
