Frequently asked questions
When will my classes be available in Canvas?
Courses will be made available to students on the first day of the semester. Your instructor may choose to make a course available prior to the semester start, but they are not required to do so.
How do I log-in to Canvas?
What if I do not see my course(s) on my Canvas Dashboard?
Your courses may not be visible due to one or more of the following:
- You recently registered for classes - It may take up to 24-48 hours after registration for your courses to appear on your
Canvas Dashboard.
- The semester/session has not yet started - By default, courses will not be made available to students until the first day
of the semester/session.
- The course you are looking for is from Spring 2023 or earlier - Courses delivered on Blackboard prior to the College's transition will not be available to students in Canvas.
