The Wellness Center supports students’ mental health and physical wellbeing through a set of free holistic support resources. Here we offer a variety of mental health and non-academic resources, including online mental health counseling, resource coaching, food resources and parenting resources. All resources are accessible to all Montco students.

TimelyCare

Free Mental Health Support- Free 24/7 Virtual medical and mental tele health services via Timely Care. It provides free, on-demand access to mental health care, including scheduled counseling sessions, immediate support through TalkNow (a 24/7 on-demand mental health line), health coaching, and self-care tools. Students can connect with licensed counselors from their phones, tablets, or computers—anytime, anywhere. TimelyCare helps make mental health support more accessible, flexible, and stigma-free for students navigating college life.

Food Resources

Stock Up for Success pantries provide a variety of food resources for students. These pantries are located within our Wellness Centers at both campuses. Fully-online students can also access food resources; please email [email protected] and state you are an online student looking for food support. 

Resource Coaching

For parenting and non-parenting student, support is tailored to your individual needs. Our resource coaches at Montgomery County Community College are your personal support partners—someone who’s here to help you navigate life both inside and outside the classroom. Their main goal is to connect you with resources that support your academic success and overall well-being.

Student Resource Coaches 

Student Resource Coaches work with you one-on-one to understand your unique challenges and goals. Whether you’re facing financial stress, need help with food, housing, or transportation, or just want to learn about wellness programs, your coach is here to guide you—judgment-free.

Public Benefits Enrollment

Free public benefit screening and application assistance with the help of our parents at the Visiting Nurse Association. Applying for public benefits like SNAP (food assistance), Medicaid (health insurance), or housing support can feel overwhelming—but you don’t have to do it alone.
