Montco's Institutional Effectiveness (IE) team provides information, processes, consultation, data analyses, and reporting. Our work upholds and strengthens the College's evidence-based decision making, planning, and implementation. We self-evaluate to measure outcomes and achievement related to the College’s mission.

Institutional Effectiveness supports:

Our team seeks to:

• Meet the needs of stakeholders and advocate for resources

• Partner with Information Technology to access and use data
• Champion accountability for demonstrating achievement of educational and operational outcomes
