Montco's Institutional Effectiveness (IE) team provides information, processes, consultation, data analyses, and reporting. Our work upholds and strengthens the College's evidence-based decision-making, planning, and implementation. We self-evaluate to measure outcomes and achievement related to the College’s mission.
Institutional Effectiveness supports:

Our team seeks to:
- Meet the needs of stakeholders and advocate for resources
- Uphold the College’s mission and goals and align activities with the vision and values
- Partner with Business Intelligence and Data Analytics to access and use data
- Champion accountability for demonstrating achievement of the College’s outcomes
