John Caperilla: Project Manager/Senior Highway Engineer, CDR Maguire Engineering
Immediate Past Chair, MCCC Alumni Board of Directors
A past Chair of the MCCC Alumni Board, John Caperilla received an associate degree
in Engineering Science from Montco in 2001 prior to transferring to Temple University
to pursue a degree in Civil Engineering. He currently serves as a Project Manager/Senior
Highway Engineer at CDR Maguire Engineering based out of Allentown, PA where he is
responsible for the management and design of PennDOT transportation projects in Eastern
PA.

Trustee Dezzi is the founder of The Dezzi Group, Ltd., a full-service government relations,
lobbying and business consulting firm. Prior to forming this business, she served
as special assistant to the Lt. Governor of Pennsylvania, Mark Singel. Eleanor has
also previously served as the director of the Philadelphia Mayor’s Office of Neighborhoods
during the administration of Mayor W. Wilson Goode.

Matthew Riddick: Associate Director, Strategic Planning & Chief of Staff to SVP -
Commercial Solutions, IQVIA
Vice Chair, MCCC Alumni Board of Directors
Matthew Riddick graduated from MCCC in 2008 with an Associate of Arts in Liberal Sciences
degree prior to moving to Delaware Valley University where he received a bachelor’s
degree in Business Administration and Villanova University where he received his juris
doctor degree. He is currently Associate Director, Strategic Planning & Chief of Staff
to SVP - Commercial Solutions at IQVIA, a multinational company that serves the combined
industries of health information technology and clinical research. He is also the
founder of The Riddick Foundation, which works to bring awareness and advocacy to
Black and Brown communities in the areas of healthcare, education, and mentorship.
