The 57th Commencement ceremonies will be held on Thursday, May 16, 2024, in the Health Sciences Center Main Gym, located at our Blue Bell Campus, 340 DeKalb Pike, Blue Bell, PA 19422.
Ceremony times are 10 a.m., 2 p.m., and 6 p.m.
Graduate RSVP
Graduates will be able to RSVP for a ceremony starting February 26 until May 10, 2024. Graduates may only attend one ceremony. Ticket reservations are only accessible by graduates via their College log-in credentials. Graduates will need to create an account on the ticketing site first.
Graduate tickets are limited for each ceremony time and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Guest Tickets
Commencement is a momentous event, and we want to ensure that all students can share this milestone with their closest loved ones. To accomplish this with the available seating and for safety considerations, guest tickets will be limited to five per student without exception.
Once they RSVP, Graduates will automatically be assigned five free guest tickets.
Guests will not have access to reserve their own tickets. Guest tickets are general admission only; seating is not assigned. Doors open to guests one hour before the start of each ceremony.
Graduates may pick up their guest tickets at the following locations/times:
- Grad Fair (Thursday, May 9 & Friday, May 10)
- Blue Bell Library Circulation Desk (starting May 1 through May 15) during posted business hours:
- Monday – 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Tuesday – 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Wednesday – 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
- Thursday – 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. (except on May 9; visit Grad Fair at Blue Bell for pick-up)
- Friday – 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. (except on May 10; visit Grad Fair at Pottstown for pick-up)
- Saturday – 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (closed on May 11)
- Sunday – 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. (closed on May 12)
Graduates must show their College ID (or a government-issued ID) to pick up tickets. If a graduate cannot make it to any of the locations/times above to pick up guest tickets, please email Commencement@mc3.edu for help.
Ceremony Time Change Requests
After reserving your tickets, if you need to change your ceremony time, please contact Commencement@mc3.edu for information on how to do so. We will do our best to accommodate your request, keeping in mind that seating is limited and tickets are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
Ticket Cancellations
After reserving your tickets, if you need to cancel, please contact Commencement@mc3.edu for information on how to release your tickets for another graduate who may need them.

The ceremonies will be closed-captioned. To request accommodations due to disability, graduates and guests should contact Disability Services at Disabilities@mc3.edu.
