Privacy of Student Records–Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA)
FERPA allows current and former attending and registered students of the College the right to access their education records and provides the items that the College considers directory information that can be released. The College also provides the procedures in which a student can request that this information not be released.

The College makes available to prospective and enrolled students information about facilities and services available to students with disabilities.
Student Diversity
The College will provide to current and prospective students information about student body diversity, including the percentage of enrolled, full-time students who are male, female, self-identified member of a major racial or ethnic group and Federal Pell Grant Recipients.

Price of Attendance
The College provides prospective and current students with information regarding tuition and fee charges for each term of enrollment as well as any fees associated with services such as a transcript request.
Financial Aid Cost of Attendance
The College will provide to prospective and current students information about the price of attendance, including tuition and fees, books and supplies, room and board, transportation costs, and any additional costs for a program in which the student is enrolled or expresses an interest.
Net Price Calculator
The College provides a Net Price Calculator to help prospective students determine the total costs of attending the College. The student will be asked to input certain data items in order to come up with a net price.
Refund Policy
The College makes available to prospective and enrolled students the tuition refund policy and procedures for officially withdrawing from the College.
Withdrawal and Return of Federal Financial Aid Requirements
The College makes available to students the policy on the requirement to return federal financial aid as a result of the student completely withdrawing from the College.
Textbook Information
The College must disclose on the online course schedule for registration the International Standard Book Numbers (ISBN) and retail price information of required and recommended textbooks and supplemental materials to the extent the information is practical. Students can access this information through Self-Service.
Educational Programs
The College must provide information about the College's courses, programs, and/or degrees.
Instructional Facilities
The College must provide information pertaining to the instructional, laboratory, and other physical facilities that relates to the College's academic programs.
Faculty
The College must make available information concerning the names and degrees of the College's faculty. All faculty and administrator degree information is found within the College’s Course Catalog which is updated annually.
Transfer of Credit Policies, Articulation Agreements, and Partnership Agreements
This provides the College's policies regarding the transfer of credit(s) earned at another college or university. This includes a list of all the articulation agreements the College has established with other institutions of higher learning.
Accreditation, Approval, and Licensure of Institution and Programs
The College must provide a list of associations, agencies, and governmental bodies that accredit, approve or license the College and its academic programs.
Computer Use, Copyright Infringement, and File Sharing—Policies and Sanctions
Information on the College's policy that informs students that illegal downloading or unauthorized distribution of copyrighted material (including file sharing) using the College's information system may subject the student to civil and criminal liabilities.
Student Life
The College will make available a list the currently recognized student organizations and clubs at the College at both campuses.
Career and Job Placement Services
The College must provide information on how students and graduates of the College can seek assistance for placement in a career or job during their enrollment at the College or after graduation from the College.
